About Me
From Marine Corps Warrior to Quantum Guide: A Journey of Radical Transformation
What happens when a decorated Marine Corps veteran experiences a quantum healing that defies everything she thought she knew about reality?
For 14 years, I pushed my body and mind beyond conventional limits as a Marine Corps leader, martial arts instructor, and bodybuilding competitor. I thought strength meant enduring pain, that resilience meant never breaking, and that success required constant battle.
Then life handed me my greatest challenge: escaping a narcissistic relationship with my infant son, facing court battles that threatened everything I’d built, and confronting anxiety so severe I was drinking two bottles of wine nightly just to function.
Rock bottom became my launching pad.
Jan 2025, during a meditation, I experienced what can only be described as a quantum healing. In an instant—not gradually, not through years of therapy—my lifelong anxiety vanished. Alcohol cravings disappeared. Physical symptoms doctors couldn’t explain simply dissolved.
I had stepped into a completely different timeline.
This wasn’t just personal transformation—it was a glimpse into what’s possible when we remember who we truly are beneath the conditioning, trauma, and limiting beliefs that keep us small.
Today, I guide awakened souls to embody their purpose and integrate transformation into aligned success.
As host of the “Remember Who You Are 222” podcast, published author of “Remember Who You Are: My Journey to Higher Consciousness,” and certified quantum embodiment coach, I bridge the gap between spiritual wisdom and practical results.
My clients don’t just heal—they quantum leap into versions of themselves they never imagined possible. They access expanded states of consciousness for breakthrough creativity, make decisions from intuitive wisdom rather than fear, and build businesses that honor both profit and purpose.
This isn’t another self-help story about gradual improvement.
This is about remembering that you are divine energy having a human experience—and when you embody that truth, everything changes.
Your trauma isn’t your destiny. Your current circumstances aren’t your final destination. And the version of you that’s reading this right now? They’re just the beginning of who you’re becoming.
